Commercial Cleaning
How Often Should a Commercial Office Be Professionally Cleaned?
There's no single answer that fits every office, but frequency is usually driven by three factors: how many people use the space, how the space is used, and how visible presentation standards need to be.
Daily or near-daily cleaning
High-occupancy offices, client-facing spaces and shared amenities generally need daily attention — kitchens, restrooms, reception areas and high-touch points fall into this category regardless of overall office size.
Several times weekly
Mid-sized offices with moderate foot traffic often work well on a three-to-five-day schedule, with daily servicing reserved for amenities and high-touch areas.
Weekly or periodic
Smaller or lower-occupancy tenancies may only need weekly general cleaning, supplemented by periodic deep cleans and floor care on a longer cycle.
Getting the frequency right
The best starting point is a site assessment that looks at actual occupancy and usage patterns rather than applying a generic standard. A scope built this way can also be adjusted over time as occupancy changes.
